Please help CTAHE congratulate the 2020 Women’s Forum Scholarship Winner, Nicole Jain! Nicole is a senior, an Honors and a STEM Scholar student at the University of Connecticut pursuing a dual degree with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Healthcare Management, and Psychology.
Upon finding out she was the recipient of the award, Nicole shared with CTAHE her thoughts and excitement:
“I found out about the scholarship when I received an email about it from the University of Connecticut School of Business – Finance Department. As a woman in healthcare, I was super interested in applying for this amazing opportunity. When I received the congratulatory email stating I had received the scholarship, I was beyond elated. I am honored and extremely grateful for the support that this scholarship will offer towards my education and career goals. I am looking forward to continuing on my path of making contributions to my community and I am excited to be a part of the American College of Healthcare Executives where I can connect with other people who are equally as passionate about healthcare as me.”

The Women’s Forum began in 1981 as a nonprofit association, and formerly called Connecticut Women in Healthcare Management, the legacy continues through a 2010 merger with the CTAHE and its re-branding as the Women’s Forum, providing expanded interaction with women working within all aspects of the healthcare industry.
The CTAHE Women’s Forum Scholarship recognizes a deserving undergraduate or graduate student who demonstrates a commitment to a career in healthcare management. Candidates for this scholarship must be presently enrolled and matriculated in an accredited degree program or certificate program with their studies focused on a health-related subject, management or healthcare administration.
