CTAHE Committees

The goal of the Programs Committee is to plan, organize and deliver quality based educational and networking events that benefit all of our membership, promote interaction through networking, and encourage membership in our CTAHE group. This is accomplished through the delivery of Category 1 (Face to Face Education) and Category 2 (Qualified Education) educational events, and through cosponsoring events with groups such as CHA and the Yale School of Management. Co-Chairs – Janeille Ervin and Oladayo Sule.

The Membership Committee’s charge is to bolster membership in CTAHE and provide value to the current members from both national and regional resources. Co-Chairs – Kevin Ferrarotti and Montana Passero.

The Marketing & Communications Committee is responsible for ensuring active communication for members, including management of the Chapter Newsletter and Website. Co-Chairs – Siobhan Blancaflor and Claudio Capone.

The Sponsorships Committee serves as the focal point for fielding inquiries about sponsorships and developing CTAHE’s sponsorship program. Co-Chairs – Stephen Liebowitz and Alex Ofer.

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee is for those who have a genuine interest in getting people of diverse backgrounds together and who want to improve the inclusive nature of CTAHE with the goal of increasing diversity. Co-Chairs – Janaya Hernandez and Greg Murphy.

The goal of Higher Education Network Committee is to forge partnerships with schools in the region, training students in healthcare management. Co-Chairs – Stephen Liebowitz and Tami McCumons.

The Finance, Audit, and Compliance Committee is responsible for the accurate financial transactions of the organization. The committee maintains and reviews the records and accounts of the organization and submits a report to the Board of Directors. Co-Chairs – Ethan Kurtzman and Alex Ofer.

The purpose of the Women’s Forum is to promote the growth of women in healthcare professions, foster mutual support, professional development, and provide educational and networking opportunities. Please see this page for more information. Co-Chairs – Susan Prior and Julie Vigil.

The purpose of the Golf Committee is to oversee the planning and logistics of the annual golf outing. Chair – Michael Novak.
