Participation in this series confirms your commitment to professional growth and enhancement of your leadership skills. Whether you are new to your nursing or social work role or want to brush up on current skills—this six-session series is designed to provide management principles, skills, and tools needed for professional growth and effectiveness within a hospital setting.

This series will be held virtually and is limited to 25 participants from various areas within a hospital, creating an inter-functional cohort for exchange of diverse perspectives. Participation in all six sessions is recommended and a discount is available—$200 savings to participate in the entire series. However, registration for individual sessions is available. $125 per session for employees of CHA Member organizations $150 per session for employees of CHA Non-Member organizations $550 per series for employees of CHA Member organizations.
As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Connecticut Association of Healthcare Executives, is authorized to award a total of 10.5 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
