Katie Wreed-Bell
Ms. Bell has over 20 years of healthcare and
behavioral economics consulting experience. She
joined from another global executive search firm
where she was Partner, Healthcare and Life Sciences.
Prior to this role, Ms. Bell served in several leadership
positions at the Advisory Board Company and Gallup,
where she worked closely with client executives to
design and leverage data analytics, health industry
products and global marketing strategies to drive
business growth.
Ms. Bell will be presenting the latest findings from the Korn Ferry Study on Women CEOs: Their breakthrough formulas:
With women representing only 6% of leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies, it is evident that organizations are failing to achieve gender equity in their most high-powered positions. To tackle this stubborn challenge, Korn Ferry in conjunction with the Rockefeller Foundation set out to interview and assess 57 women who have been CEO at Fortune 1000-listed companies and others of similar size.
In this session, we will share our groundbreaking research, while identifying common threads and experiences in these women’s careers. Along with the data, this session will highlight best practices and specific steps organizations can take to increase gender diversity in the C-suite.

Leanne Sedlak, LMT
Leanne Sedlak is the Chief Visionary Officer of SkinCatering, LLC – a spa dedicated to providing a high level of discreet, caring service for the health and well-being to those in the business district of downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, and a recently opened second location in Holyoke, Massachusetts, USA.
In 2009, as the Center Director of theelective surgery department in a busy Ophthalmology practice, Leanne felt the pull to be more directly involved with positive health changes in people. Knowing there was more she could do than to make someone feel better with words, Leanne enrolled in The Massage School in Easthampton, MA where she graduated in 2011.
It was here that she became fascinated with the human body; the beauty of it and the important role it plays in our health. She believes every person’s skin tells a story. It’s like a timeline that shares a piece of their life’s history with her.Leanne realized this passion was the beginning of what would become her expertise.
Furthering her skill set, Leanne trained under two experts in the industry on ways to safely care for the skin that didn’t include using harmful ingredients. It was through this context that she began her involvement with the Melanoma Foundation of New England and SurvivingSkin.org.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and revitalizing business in Springfield, Leanne became a board member of the Young Professionals Society of Greater Springfield. Being in service to her community helped her understand how she and SkinCatering could provide better wellness opportunities to both current and future business clients.
Leanne has been invited to speak at Bryant University about Stress Management, Springfield College about Entrepreneurship, and to schools across New England such as Westfield State University, the University of Rhode Island, Emerson College, Western New England University, and Providence College as an advocate for workplace wellness.
Leanne will be speaking about “Catering to Your Spirit: Living Happily with Stress”.
