Overview

Mobile integrated healthcare (MIH) is a community paramedicine model that has been very successful nationally to reduce re-admissions and target key health determinants.   Connecticut has recently passed legislation and begun the process to create an application for EMS agencies statewide to implement.   This program will review what MIH is, the importance and benefit of, and the impact it can have on your hospital and community
