-All players and guests will need to sign the two COVID waivers, one for the course, and one for the association, if they have not already . Due to the pandemic and uncertain times that we are living in, it is something that we are requiring from everyone.
-We are asking that if a golfer is not feeling well, please stay home and have them or their teammate let us know if they would like to make a substitution. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes the day of as well!
-The shotgun start will still be at 11:00am, however for check in purposes, we are asking that golfers either call, text our email our staff and volunteers. Phone numbers will be provided to individuals in a personal email. We are starting check in for 10:00am if people wish to arrive early.
-Golfers will arrive to the course masked, and head straight to their cart, which will be pre-assigned. In their cart, they will find their 5th Anniversary polo and boxed snack pack.
-Once they head out to the course, golfers can remove their masks, and lunch will be on the course at the snack shack. Servers will prepare the golfer’s meals and serve to them. Only a few carts will be able to stop at the shack at the time, and servers will ask those standing in line and sitting to socially distance. There will still be beverage carts out on the course as well.
-Once play is done for the day, golfers will return to the pavilion wearing their masks and will be invited to stay for a sit-down reception. Golfers will be asked to sit at a table and then can remove their masks, and servers will come to take drink orders, deliver their drinks and serve appetizers.
-We are still running our raffle, selling mulligans and 50/50 tickets! We will have one volunteer the day of collecting cash, but we are trying to limit the cash transactions and are encouraging as many people as possible to purchase their tickets online with the links provided below. You will receive the tickets you purchase in your cart when you arrive along with your gifts.
-Raffle tickets will be need to be deposited into their desired items and then will be pulled prior to golfers return back to the pavilion and will be listed out who the winner is, so that the winner can collect directly. Golf prizes and our new trophy this year will still be handed out during the seated reception.
