How has your job changed, or how do you see your organization changing?

-Lessons learned throughout this last year:
It’s been 1 year since COVID hit the state. What have you learned – personally or professionally and how will you move forward?

-Impact on clinical operations:
For those still on the frontlines, how are you changing the patient experience? Dealing with staffing issues?

-Engaging at a distance:
How are you connecting with your team virtually? Did you sign up for a new social media platform? Learn a Tik-Tok dance, or hold a Zoom birthday? Recount on how you have stayed connected throughout this past year!
